Official Terms Philippines Effective 2025

elotto Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the elotto online gaming platform, including all products, services, and promotional offers available at elotto.onl. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this document. Please read the full text carefully before registering or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or continue using the platform. elotto reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Last updated: January 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the elotto platform — including browsing game content, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and elotto. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. elotto may also publish additional terms, rules, or policies that apply to specific products or promotions; those documents are incorporated by reference into this agreement and carry equal binding force. Failure to comply with any part of this agreement may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending balance, and other remedies available under applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Age Limit (18+)

Access to elotto is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Online gaming and sports betting are adult activities under Philippine law, and elotto is fully committed to enforcing this requirement across every part of the platform. When you register, you affirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. elotto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, and accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending review. Any winnings generated by an account later found to belong to a minor will be voided and the account will be permanently closed without refund of deposited funds. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent underage access to devices used to access online gaming services; elotto recommends using parental control tools to supplement platform-level age verification.

In addition to the age requirement, players must not be residents of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where accessing this platform would constitute a legal offence. By registering, you confirm that your use of elotto complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. elotto makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in all territories, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before participating.

3. Account Creation & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the elotto platform. Attempting to open or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any additional details requested for identity verification. You must update this information promptly if any details change. Providingfalse or misleading information during registration is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and the voiding of any funds or winnings held in the account at the time of discovery.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. elotto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the elotto support team immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be taken without delay. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until elotto has been formally notified and appropriate action has been taken. You agree to log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

As a registered user of elotto, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these terms, all applicable Philippine laws, and any regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction. You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform or negatively affect the experience of other users. This includes but is not limited to attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated tools or bots to place bets or interact with the platform, or engaging in any form of collusion with other players. elotto invests heavily in fraud detection systems, and any account found to be engaging in suspicious or prohibited behaviour will be investigated and may be suspended without prior notice.

You further agree not to use the elotto platform in connection with any money laundering activity, the financing of illegal conduct, or the circumvention of financial reporting obligations. All deposits must originate from payment sources that are legally owned and controlled by you, and you must not attempt to process funds through the platform on behalf of any third party. elotto complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may be required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. You also agree to cooperate fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds verification, or other compliance checks that elotto is legally or operationally required to conduct. Refusal to cooperate with such checks may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

5. Platform Usage Rules

The elotto platform — including all games, sportsbook markets, live casino streams, promotional tools, and account management features — is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content, software, or data without prior written consent from elotto. The platform is designed to be accessed via standard web browsers and, where applicable, through the official download available at /download; any attempt to access the platform through unauthorised means, reverse-engineer its software, or intercept its data transmissions is strictly forbidden. elotto takes the integrity of its gaming environment seriously and uses technical and procedural controls to detect and respond to abuse in real time. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a platform error, technical glitch, or misconfigured odds will be voided, and the account involved will be subject to review.

Game outcomes on elotto are determined by certified random number generators and, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer action under controlled conditions. elotto does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or bet, and past results have no bearing on future performance. Players are encouraged to review individual game rules before wagering, as rules and payout structures vary between titles. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised with the support team within seven (7) days of the event in question; claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review. elotto's decision on all game-related disputes, made after a thorough internal investigation, shall be final and binding.

6. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)

All financial transactions on the elotto platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP, and all withdrawals are processed in PHP to your nominated payment method. elotto supports a range of locally relevant payment channels to ensure that Filipino players can fund and withdraw from their accounts conveniently and without unnecessary friction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected; current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated payment account is valid, active, and registered in your own name; elotto reserves the right to refuse or reverse transactions where the receiving payment details do not match the account holder's verified identity.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes communicated at the point of submission, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. elotto does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own processing fees, which are outside elotto's control. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to specific wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal; these requirements are stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering conditions will be declined, and the bonus balance involved will be forfeited. All deposit and withdrawal records are maintained securely and are available for your review within the transaction history section of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

elotto provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. While elotto makes every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable gaming environment, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. In no event shall elotto, its directors, employees, affiliates, or technology partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. elotto's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or restrict elotto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law. If you are experiencing difficulties that you believe are caused by a platform fault, please contact the support team at [email protected] promptly so that the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, remediated. elotto will always act in good faith when assessing reports of technical issues and will endeavour to reach a fair resolution in the shortest possible time.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

elotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: providing false identity or payment information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent or collusive behaviour, money laundering or suspected financial crime, abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, harassment of other users or staff, or any other conduct that elotto deems contrary to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, elotto will endeavour to complete its review promptly and communicate the outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be restricted until the matter is resolved.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the elotto support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to identity verification. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, elotto can also apply a self-exclusion measure that prevents re-registration for a specified period; details of this option are available on the Responsible Gaming page. Accounts that have been closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances. elotto takes self-exclusion requests seriously as part of its commitment to player wellbeing in the Philippines.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the elotto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of elotto or its duly licensed third-party providers. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment, and this licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content. Any unauthorised use of elotto's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Game content made available through the elotto platform — including slot titles, live casino streams, and sportsbook data feeds — is licensed from third-party providers, and the intellectual property rights in such content remain with those providers. elotto makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content and does not warrant that such content will be available on the platform indefinitely, as licensing agreements are subject to commercial renegotiation. If you become aware of any unauthorised use or reproduction of elotto's intellectual property, please report it to [email protected] so that appropriate protective action can be taken.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The elotto platform integrates services and content from third-party providers, including game studios, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. While elotto carefully selects its third-party partners and applies contractual standards to govern those relationships, elotto cannot guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from a failure, error, or security incident originating within a third-party system. Any interaction you have with third-party services — including the submission of personal or financial information to a payment gateway — is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policies, which you should review independently. elotto is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party whose services are accessed through or in connection with the elotto platform. If you encounter a problem with a third-party service accessed via elotto, please contact the elotto support team and we will assist in facilitating a resolution where possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

elotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, elotto will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform interface, by email to the address on file, or by prominently displaying a notice on the website. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the revised document, and your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure before the revised terms take effect. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates, and elotto recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions at least once every three months to stay informed of any changes that may affect your use of the platform.

12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to elotto's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. elotto commits to investigating all formal complaints thoroughly and providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent elotto from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights or the integrity of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from this agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of elotto to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and elotto with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings on the same subject matter.
