Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent elotto from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights or the integrity of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from this agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of elotto to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and elotto with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings on the same subject matter.
